This is a keeper, my family loved it. But I think you need to use a spatula to scrape the bottom as you cook it. Most of the cheese stuck to the bottom of the skillet.
Parsley Pesto Spaghetti Mix1 C parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 C blanched almonds (I used slivered)
1/3 C dried parsley
21/2 C spaghetti, broken into smaller pieces (I actually bought a box or broken spaghetti)
Layer in jar in order listed, starting with cheese.
For the tag:
1 jar parsley pesto spaghetti
1/2 C butter or margarine
3 C water
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium skillet add parsley pesto mix and water. Over medium high heat bring to a boil, stirring often.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer until thickened and noodle are tender, stirring often, Stir in butter, salt and pepper to taste. I only used half of the butter and it was yummy.
